Transition is always a challenge and an opportunity, and we would love to invite you to embrace this new season with us for a series of specially curated classes designed to assist you in collecting your Summer’s harvest and preparing you to return to your roots.
A little piece of our heart to yours, we offer you, “Falling Into Place”; a 4 part-series of seasonally themed experiences to enhance your acceptance, perception and integration of the Autumn’s prime offerings.
Spanning from the Fall Equinox (September 21) and leading up to the Winter Solstice, these offerings will include a guided cacao ceremony, specially curated Flow and Yin Yoga sequences, enriched by the live magic of DJ Luminous Architect, meditation/nidra, binaural beats, breath work and much more.
As the fruitless leaves scatter upon the ground, leaving behind wisps of untold memory, we remember how important it is to nurture ourselves with self-care, community and practice.
